06. Delivery time stated below does not include order processing time of 2-4 business days for in-stock items and 7-20 business days for high demand items.

07. Estimated delivery time is calculated at checkout and based on major cities and non-festive period. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.

08. Packages are shipped as airmail via Taiwan or China national postal service.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

01. We do not collect VAT/GST, brokerage/administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. 

02. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including ensuring lawful import of our merchandise. We are not responsible for orders which are confiscated by customs in destination countries.

03. We are not able to mark orders as gifts, they will be listed as merchandise.

04. We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.

05. Parcels with overdue customs fees, duties and/or taxes are deemed as being abandoned and may be destroyed by your local customs office. No refund will be made on abandoned parcels.

06. Parcels are subject to customs inspection and may take longer to arrive than stated delivery date.

NON-DELIVERY, ABANDONMENT AND COLLECTION OF PARCEL

01. There is no tracking available for Free Standard Shipping and delivery may take up to 8 weeks. We recommend that you select Priority Insured Shipping ($1.99) for tracking and proof of delivery.

02. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please select a shipping address that will have someone home to accept the delivery, or have your order shipped to your office. Packages are generally not shipped requiring a signature for delivery, unless requested by the customer with an additional fee to be paid. The customer assumes all liability for stolen packages verified as delivered by the carrier with tracking information.

03. Once your order is placed, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order. Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing apartment or suite numbers. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will cause a problem with delivery and may result in your order being sent back to us as undeliverable. 

04. Packages which are unclaimed within the stipulated timeframe are subject to disposal by either the sender's or recipient's local postal office. No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, abandoned or disposed of. 

05. Any orders received back to our warehouse as undeliverable, for any reason such as incorrect addresses, or not responding to notices left by carriers, will be processed as a return, minus the actual outbound and return shipping charges plus handling fees, if and when they are received back to our warehouse.
