Track Your Order
Yes! If the product arrived damaged and is currently out of stock, we will offer you a full refund with a free return label.

Once we receive the damaged product at our warehouse, we will submit your full refund. You should have access to your refund within 3-5 business days after the request is submitted.
If your product appears defected, we'll be able to send your troubleshooting information and the product's instruction manual.

If the issue continues to persist, please get in touch with our Customer Support team. Our team will need a detailed description of the issue and the state of the product when it arrived.
Absolutely! If you received an incomplete order, we will be able to send you the replacement item or parts, or partial refund.

Before you contact our team, here are some important notes to check off first.

1. Parts can only be requested if the product is still under warranty. The 60 days begin from date of delivery.

2. Think you're missing parts? We encourage our customers to double check packaging and any hidden storage compartments to make sure your package is complete!
If you wish to cancel your order, submit your request to Customer Support within 1 hour of purchase.
